We're just days away from our Fourth of July RV trip to Tyler State Park, and it's finally time to do something we should have done before our last camping trip—meal prep! (Episode 191)
After reviewing what we spent during our recent trip to Sea Rim State Park, we realized that preparing a few meals ahead of time could have saved us money and made campground life a little easier. In this episode of Wild Horses RV Adventures, we're spending the day in the store shopping & in the kitchen preparing food for our upcoming RV adventure.
Mike is making Macaroni Salad like his mom used to make, I'm making my Crazy Good Casserole recipe, and baking banana nut bread for the trip. Of course, there's one challenge with meal prepping in our house: if we make the food too early, we start eating it before we ever leave! And yes, we learned this the hard way!

Join us as we share our RV meal prep routine, favorite camping food ideas, freezer meal tips, and some of the ways we try to save money while traveling. If you're looking for RV cooking ideas, easy make-ahead camping meals, budget-friendly travel tips, or just enjoy following our RV adventures, this episode is for you.
