Quick Start Guide
🚀 1. Create a New Checklist

Tap the "+" button on the main screen.

Enter a checklist name or leave it as "Untitled" to start.

You can add tasks manually or use the AI task builder (see below).
🤖 2. Use the AI Task Wizard (Premium Feature)

Go to the Dashboard

Click on the AI Wizard
-
Type what you’re planning (e.g., "Packing for RV trip" or "Ham radio setup").

Answer a few follow-up questions if prompted.

A task list will be auto-generated and saved to your checklist.
📝 3. Mark a Task Completed

Tap the task you want mark as completed and the green checkmark will appear to the left..

To un-mark a task completed just tap again and the Checkmark will go back to gray,
🎯 4. Edit a Task or Checklist

Slide the task or Checklist to the right .

Click the Edit button
🤝 5. Share a Checklist, Category, or Task (Premium Feature)
-
To share: Swipe right on a category or task, then tap Share.
-
Enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
-
The recipient must have the CheckList app installed and be a Premium member.
-
Shared items will show in their app automatically.
🔄 6. Unshare or Remove
-
To unshare or delete: Swipe left on a category, task or Checklist, then tap Unshare or Delete depending on your role.

If you’re the owner, you’ll be able to fully remove or unshare.

💡 Pro Tip : Before you can delete a item you must unshare it first)

If you’re a shared user, you’ll only see the Unshare option.
🧠 Note: If no tasks are shared, the checklist will automatically remove the shared badge.
